At The Smiling Snail, our workshops provide a space for that balance. We focus on being fully in the now, without judgment or analysis. This kind of intentional slowing down isn't just restful; it’s energizing. It allows us to live vibrantly.

For me, this often means laughing while I watch a happy snail meander and munch its way through my garden. Or getting lost in the bloom of one intense pigment creeping into another. Some days it means swaying while I lazily stir a pot of soup. I have found there is always an opportunity for a quiet, centering moment. During many years in demanding corporate roles while managing painful chronic illnesses, I felt the benefits of embracing awe and wonder in small, intentional, creative moments. Now, I am offering workshops to help others do the same.
